abstract = {Bullying among students is a serious problem that has a negative impact on students' emotional health, social relationships and academic performance. This article identifies and discusses various effective strategies for tackling bullying and creating a safe and positive school environment. By focusing on preventive and reactive approaches, this article explores the implementation of anti-bullying policies, the development of character education programs, training for teachers and staff, and the involvement of parents and the community. Emphasis is placed on the importance of a data-driven approach to measuring the success of initiatives and adapting strategies to school needs. Apart from that, this article also discusses the challenges often faced in strategy implementation and offers practical solutions to overcome them. Through this systematic effort, it is hoped that we can reduce the frequency and impact of bullying and improve the quality of the learning experience at school, creating an atmosphere that supports positive development for all students.ABSTRAKBullying di kalangan pelajar merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan emosional, hubungan sosial, dan prestasi akademik siswa. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi dan membahas berbagai strategi efektif untuk menanggulangi bullying serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan positif. Dengan memfokuskan pada pendekatan preventif dan reaktif, artikel ini mengeksplorasi penerapan kebijakan anti-bullying, pengembangan program pendidikan karakter, pelatihan bagi guru dan staf, serta keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat. Penekanan diberikan pada pentingnya pendekatan berbasis data untuk mengukur keberhasilan inisiatif dan menyesuaikan strategi sesuai kebutuhan sekolah. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan yang sering dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi dan menawarkan solusi praktis untuk mengatasinya. Melalui upaya sistematis ini, diharapkan dapat mengurangi frekuensi dan dampak bullying serta meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman belajar di sekolah, menciptakan suasana yang mendukung perkembangan positif bagi semua siswa.},
