abstract = {Development of business capacity for owners or managers of micro and small business is crucial in order micro and small businesses to upgrade to the next level. In addition, enhancing knowledge on business law is required to avoid legal issues when the micro and small enterprises leveled up. This community empowerment activity aimed at enhancing business capacity and business law knowledge of two owners of Waroeng Ratulichius in Kota Tangerang Selatan. Methods used included visitation, coaching, and workshop which were implemented in September-October 2022, implemented either online or offline which included three aspects, i.e. financial management, business development, and business laws. In the financial management aspect, the owner of stall was trained to use BukuKas application to record her business transactions. In the business development aspect, the community empowerment team compose posters and a business plan in terms of Business Model Canvas. In the aspect of business laws, the micro entrepreneur was given understanding on forms of business, business permits, trade mark, and halal product guarantee. ABSTRAKPengembangan kapasitas bisnis bagi pemilik atau pengelola usaha mikro dan kecil sangat penting agar usaha mikro dan kecil dapat naik kelas. Selain itu, peningkatan pengetahuan tentang masalah hukum bisnis diperlukan untuk menghindarkan masalah hukum ketika usaha kecil dan mikro tersebut telah naik kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masysrakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis dan pengetahuan hukum bisnis dari dua pemilik Waroeng Ratulichius di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi visitasi, pendampingan, dan workshop baik secara daring maupun luring yang dilakukan pada periode September-Oktober 2022, yang meliputi tiga aspek, yaitu pengelolaan keuangan, pengembangan usaha, dan pengetahuan hukum bisnis. Dalam aspek pengelolaan keuangan, pemilik warung dilatih menggunakan aplikasi BukuKas untuk mencatat transaksi usahanya. Pada aspek pengembangan usaha, tim pengabdian menyusun poster dan rencana bisnis dalam bentuk Business Model Canvas. Pada aspek hukum bisnis, pengelola UKM diberikan pemahaman tentang aspek bentuk usaha, ijin usaha, merek dagang, dan jaminan produk halal.},
