abstract = {This community service activity aims to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sadawarna Village, Subang Regency, in the process of registering for a Business Identification Number (NIB) and a Home Industry Food Production Certificate (SPP-IRT). Business legality is an important aspect in increasing the credibility and market access of MSMEs. The assistance methods include initial assessment, education, socialization, technical assistance with registration, and monitoring and evaluation, all conducted directly through a tutorial and simulation approach. The results of the activity showed the success of Mutiara Cookies MSME in obtaining an NIB and SPP-IRT, which provided broader marketing opportunities both offline and through e-commerce. This assistance also increased the awareness and ability of MSME actors to manage business legality independently. This activity made a significant contribution to increasing the capacity of MSMEs to develop legally and sustainably. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingin pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Sadawarna, Kabupaten Subang, dalam proses pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikat Produksi Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT). Legalitas usaha menjadi aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kredibilitas serta akses pasar UMKM. Metode pendampingan berupa asesmen awal, edukasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan teknis pendaftaran, hingga monitoring evaluasi dilakukan secara langsung dengan pendekatan tutorial dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan UMKM Mutiara Cookies memperoleh NIB dan SPP IRT yang memberikan peluang pemasaran lebih luas baik secara offline maupun melalui e-commerce. Pendampingan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan pelakuk UMKN dalam mengelola legalitas usaha secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kapastitas UMKM untuk berkembang secara legal dan berkelanjutan.},
