Pemberdayaan Komunitas Arsitek Desa melalui Rancang Taman Bermain Anak Usia Dini untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Kreatif Desa Citaman Nagreg Kabupaten Bandung
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Desa Citaman, Kecamatan Nagreg, Kabupaten Bandung memiliki Komunitas Arsitek Desa Al Munawar Design yang terdiri atas 10 anggota dengan kemampuan dasar desain grafis, tetapi belum memiliki produk jasa desain yang layak jual. Di sisi lain, terdapat 213 anak usia dini yang membutuhkan ruang bermain edukatif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas komunitas agar mampu menghasilkan desain taman bermain yang aman, edukatif, berbasis gamifikasi, dan berpotensi menjadi produk jasa kreatif. Program menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) melalui identifikasi aset, sosialisasi, edukasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner pre-test/post-test. Instrumen pengetahuan memuat 10 indikator yang menilai pemahaman tentang fungsi program, aset lokal, keamanan anak, pemberdayaan, peran arsitek desa, zonasi, manfaat taman bermain, tahapan sketsa, prioritas anggaran, dan keberlanjutan. Sebanyak 11 peserta mengikuti evaluasi pengetahuan. Nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 97,33 pada pre-test menjadi 98,82 pada post-test, atau naik 1,49 poin persentase. Delapan dari sepuluh indikator mencapai 100% jawaban benar pada post-test. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi efektif memperkuat pemahaman dasar, terutama pada aspek keamanan, pemberdayaan, prioritas anggaran, dan orientasi keberlanjutan. Pelatihan desain dan visualisasi digital juga menghasilkan site plan dan visualisasi taman bermain yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai portofolio jasa komunitas. Program menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ABCD, desain partisipatif, dan teknologi visualisasi dapat mengubah aset keterampilan lokal menjadi kapasitas produksi jasa; namun, dampak ekonomi aktual belum dapat disimpulkan karena pemasaran dan transaksi jasa masih berada pada tahap pengembangan.
ABSTRAC
Citaman Village, Nagreg District, Bandung Regency, is home to the Al Munawar Design Village Architect Community, consisting of 10 members with basic graphic design skills but no marketable design-service products. At the same time, the village has 213 early childhood learners who require educational play spaces. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen the community’s capacity to produce safe, educational, gamification-based playground designs with creative-economic potential. The program adopted an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through asset identification, socialization, education, training, mentoring, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, documentation, and pre-test/post-test questionnaires. The knowledge instrument comprised 10 indicators covering program orientation, local assets, child safety, community empowerment, the role of village architects, playground zoning, educational benefits, sketching stages, budget prioritization, and sustainability. Eleven participants completed the knowledge evaluation. The mean score increased from 97.33 at pre-test to 98.82 at post-test, representing an absolute gain of 1.49 percentage points. Eight of ten indicators reached 100% correct responses at post-test. The findings indicate that the intervention strengthened basic understanding, particularly regarding child safety, empowerment, budget prioritization, and sustainability. Digital design and visualization training also produced a playground site plan and visualizations that can be developed into the community’s design-service portfolio. The program suggests that integrating ABCD, participatory design, and digital visualization can transform local skills into service-production capacity; however, actual economic impact cannot yet be concluded because marketing and service transactions remain at the development stage.
