abstract = {Many students undertaking work experience placements (PKL) face difficulties in compiling systematic reports and academic papers in accordance with academic standards. This community service activity aims to enhance the competence of PKL students at ISB Atma Luhur in compiling PKL reports and academic papers. The method was implemented in three stages: preparation, training delivery, and evaluation, involving 10 students from 3–5 November 2025. Data was collected through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and assessment of the reports. The results showed an average score increase from 76.5 to 88.5, with all participants achieving a higher score and reaching the ‘competent’ category. It was concluded that the training effectively improved students’ scientific literacy and could serve as a model for strengthening writing competencies among PKL participants. ABSTRAKBanyak siswa Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) menghadapi kesulitan menyusun laporan dan karya ilmiah yang sistematis sesuai kaidah akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa PKL di ISB Atma Luhur dalam menyusun laporan PKL dan karya tulis ilmiah. Metode dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi, melibatkan 10 siswa pada 03-05 November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan penilaian produk laporan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 76,5 menjadi 88,5 dengan seluruh peserta mengalami kenaikan skor dan mencapai kategori kompeten. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan efektif meningkatkan literasi ilmiah siswa dan dapat menjadi model penguatan kompetensi menulis bagi peserta PKL. },
