abstract = {The Desa Harapan Program is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at enhancing community self-reliance through the development of the economic, health, and education sectors. The program addresses social issues such as low community economic capacity, suboptimal waste management, and maternal health and stunting. This article aims to analyze the implementation and impact of the Desa Harapan Program on community empowerment in Terate Village. The method used is a descriptive approach with program analysis based on activity implementation data. The results show that this program has successfully increased community participation, strengthened economic institutions through the formation of Microfinance Groups (KKM), and improved community welfare through interventions in the fields of health, education, and the economy. The program also demonstrated significant progress in sustainability through expanded reach and strengthened community capacity. Thus, the Desa Harapan Program can serve as an effective and sustainable model for community empowerment based on corporate social responsibility (CSR). ABSTRAKProgram Desa Harapan merupakan inisiatif tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat melalui pengembangan sektor ekonomi, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan sosial seperti rendahnya kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat, pengelolaan sampah yang belum optimal, serta isu kesehatan ibu dan stunting. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dan dampak Program Desa Harapan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Terate. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan analisis program berbasis data implementasi kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, memperkuat kelembagaan ekonomi melalui pembentukan Kelompok Keuangan Mikro (KKM), serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui intervensi di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Program ini juga menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan dalam aspek keberlanjutan melalui perluasan jangkauan dan penguatan kapasitas masyarakat. Dengan demikian, Program Desa Harapan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis CSR yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.},
