abstract = {This community service program aims to develop a character transformation model for female church members at GBI WTC Citra Maja Raya through a small group discipleship approach. The main problem addressed is the low self-awareness, communication skills, and social engagement affecting family and community quality. The study employs a mixed-method design with in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and pre-test and post-test assessments to measure character change. Results show significant improvements in five key character indicators: integrity (+28.1%), empathy (+22.9%), self-discipline (+31.0%), responsibility (+23.5%), and leadership (+32.1%). The conclusion highlights that small group discipleship effectively transforms women’s character holistically, supported by community, trained facilitators, and contextual curriculum. The program is recommended for wider implementation in local churches.ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model transformasi karakter bagi wanita jemaat di GBI WTC Citra Maja Raya melalui pendekatan pemuridan dalam kelompok kecil. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah rendahnya kesadaran diri, keterampilan komunikasi, dan keterlibatan sosial yang berdampak pada kualitas keluarga dan komunitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain campuran dengan wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada lima indikator karakter: integritas (+28,1%), empati (+22,9%), disiplin diri (+31,0%), tanggung jawab (+23,5%), dan kepemimpinan (+32,1%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pemuridan kelompok kecil efektif dalam mentransformasi karakter wanita secara holistik, dengan dukungan komunitas, fasilitator terlatih, dan kurikulum kontekstual. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas di gereja-gereja lokal.},
