abstract = {Health is a crucial aspect in supporting community productivity and quality of life. However, low public awareness regarding regular health check-ups remains a significant challenge in Indonesia. This community service activity aimed to improve access to and understanding of the importance of early detection of non-communicable diseases through free health screenings. The activity was carried out by the Ponorogo District Health Center (Puskesmas) in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Darussalam Gontor, in commemoration of National Labor Day, involving 152 participants from the general public. The screenings included blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid levels, accompanied by related health education. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the risks and prevention of hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and uric acid. The collaboration between educational institutions and health services proved effective in delivering education through an interactive-educational approach. This activity also demonstrated the effectiveness of a collaborative approach in strengthening health literacy and the prevention of non-communicable diseases at the community level. It serves as a concrete example of promotive and preventive synergy that can be replicated in other regions to enhance primary health services and raise public awareness of the importance of regular health check-ups.ABSTRAKKesehatan merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang produktivitas dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Namun, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin masih menjadi tantangan besar di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Puskesmas Kabupaten Ponorogo bekerja sama dengan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Darussalam Gontor pada peringatan Hari Buruh Nasional, dengan melibatkan 152 peserta dari kalangan masyarakat umum. Pemeriksaan meliputi tekanan darah, kadar gula darah, kolesterol, dan asam urat, serta edukasi kesehatan terkait. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terhadap risiko dan pencegahan hipertensi, diabetes, kolesterol tinggi, dan asam urat. Kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan dan layanan kesehatan ini dinilai efektif dalam menyampaikan edukasi melalui pendekatan interaktif-edukatif. Kegiatan ini juga membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan kolaboratif dalam memperkuat literasi kesehatan dan pencegahan penyakit tidak menular di tingkat masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menjadi contoh nyata implementasi sinergi promotif dan preventif yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain untuk memperkuat layanan kesehatan dasar dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pemeriksaan secara rutin.},
