    	abstract = {Corruption needs to be prevented and tackled not only because of its foul, but also economically cause financial losses to the state and is a violation of the rights of the social and economic community. The results showed that the number of corruption is still increase caused by factors such as lack of understanding of the law enforcement officers on duties and responsibilities, lack of morality of apparatus, as well as the lack of a functioning supervisory institutions. In completing a corruption case, should be implemented sincerely, careful meticulous in making the concept of charges and match with the formulation of the offense and the principles of the criminal, before the case was transferred to the court. It should also improve the quality and improve the mental attitude of law enforcement officers, because of the integrity are critical in law enforcement.ABSTRAKTindak pidana korupsi perlu dicegah dan ditanggulangi bukan saja karena sifat ketercelaannya, tetapi juga karena secara ekonomis menimbulkan kerugian terhadap keuangan negara dan merupakan pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meningkatnya jumlah kasus korupsi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya adalah kurangnya pemahaman aparat penegak hukum tentang tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, rendahnya faktor moral aparat, serta kurang berfungsinya lembaga pengawasan. Dalam menyelesaikan suatu perkara korupsi, hendaknya dilaksanakan secara sungguh-sungguh, hati-hati teliti dalam membuat konsep dakwaan dan mencocokkan dengan rumusan delik dan asas-asas pidana, sebelum perkara tersebut dilimpahkan ke pengadilan. Perlu pula meningkatkan kualitas dan memperbaiki sikap mental aparat penegak hukum, karena faktor integritas sangat menentukan dalam penegakan hukum.},
