MODEL EVALUASI PAI ADAPTIF BERBASIS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-MAQASID SISTEMIK
Abstract
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed educational assessment into a more adaptive and data-driven process. However, the implementation of AI in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) assessment remains limited, as it primarily emphasizes cognitive achievement while insufficiently accommodating students’ spiritual, affective, and character development. This study aims to develop an Adaptive Islamic Religious Education Assessment Model Based on Artificial Intelligence–Systemic Maqasid by integrating AI capabilities with Jasser Auda’s Systemic Maqasid approach. This study employed a qualitative approach using library research combined with a conceptual research approach. The data were collected from books and scholarly articles on Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED), educational assessment, Islamic Religious Education, and Systemic Maqasid, and were analyzed using content analysis and conceptual synthesis. The findings indicate that integrating adaptive assessment, learning analytics, and intelligent feedback with the six dimensions of Systemic Maqasid cognitive nature, wholeness, openness, interrelated hierarchy, multidimensionality, and purposefulness produces a more adaptive, holistic, and learner-centered assessment model. This model provides a conceptual framework for developing an innovative, human-centered Islamic Religious Education assessment system while maintaining alignment with the objectives and values of Islamic education.
