abstract = {The low level of work-life balance among teachers in regions with high professional, geographical, and cultural demands requires serious attention. This study aimed to examine the influence of psychological well-being and social support on work-life balance among senior high school teachers in North Toraja Regency. A quantitative survey approach was employed involving 301 teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that psychological well-being and social support, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work-life balance. Social support was found to be a more dominant predictor than psychological well-being. These findings indicate that strengthening psychological well-being and developing adequate social support systems are essential to improving teachers’ work-life balance, particularly within the context of multidimensional demands in North Toraja. ABSTRAKRendahnya work-life balance pada guru di daerah dengan tuntutan profesional, geografis, dan kultural yang tinggi merupakan permasalahan yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh psychological well-being dan dukungan sosial terhadap work-life balance pada guru SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei dengan melibatkan 301 guru yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological well-being dan dukungan sosial, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance guru. Dukungan sosial ditemukan sebagai prediktor yang lebih dominan dibandingkan psychological well-being. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kesejahteraan psikologis dan pembangunan sistem dukungan sosial yang memadai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan work-life balance guru, khususnya dalam konteks tuntutan multidimensional di Toraja Utara.},
