abstract = {The main goal of this article is to examine the challenges faced by Maqasid syariah in the Hypermart business. The goal of this journal article analysis is to understand how the principles of Maqasid syariah are applied in the Hypermart business so that it can be determined whether these principles can be used as a solution for any problems that exist in the retail syariah sector. This study uses a kualitatif approach with a man-made Maqasid syariah variable. The study's findings indicate that of the five goals in Maqasid syariah, all of them have been achieved according to plan and have not been hindered by any circumstances during implementation. Hypermart's business model can be viewed as an example of how Islamic principles are applied in daily life. The way the halal label and the product pricing are formulated is the problem that serves as the main focus of this study. The qualitative method used in this study is thought to be able to explain current phenomena more thoroughly in terms of how pricing and halal labeling affect consumers' decisions to buy items offered at Hypermart. The findings demonstrated that product quality is a consideration taken into account while making decisions. ABSTRAKTujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk menyelidiki masalah penerapan syariah Maqasid dalam industri Hypermart. Tujuan penelitian artikel jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip syariah Maqasid diterapkan di industri Hypermart untuk menentukan apakah hal tersebut dapat membantu ritel syariah yang ada untuk menemukan solusi atas masalah mereka. Maqasid Syariah merupakan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Industri hypermart menjadi ilustrasi bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Bagaimana label halal dan penetapan harga produk dirumuskan merupakan masalah yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianggap dapat menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini secara lebih menyeluruh dalam hal bagaimana penetapan harga dan labelisasi halal mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli barang yang ditawarkan di Hypermart. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk menjadi pertimbangan yang diperhitungkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Strategi yang berbasis pada maqashid syariah sangat jarang ditemukan, namun ia merupakan prinsip dasar bagi pengembangan murni lembaga keuangan yang berbasis pada syariah dan bertujuan untuk mencapai falah dan maslahah. },
