Abstract

ABSTRACT

Indonesia possesses substantial potential for Islamic philanthropy, yet its implementation still faces challenges, including low public literacy, governance disparities, suboptimal digital transformation, weak data integration, and limited innovation in productive programs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic philanthropy through zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf (ZISWAF) in strengthening community welfare in Indonesia and to formulate an integrative implementation model. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were obtained from scholarly articles, academic books, official reports from philanthropic institutions, and relevant regulations, and were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that ZISWAF contributes to poverty alleviation, microenterprise empowerment, improved access to education and healthcare, and strengthened social resilience. In conclusion, the effectiveness of Islamic philanthropy can be strengthened through the integration of governance, digital transformation, productive program innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration within an Integrative Model of Islamic Philanthropy Implementation.
