abstract = {Akad is a relationship or meeting of consent and acceptance which results in the emergence of law. Ijab is an offer submitted by one of the parties, and kabul is the answer to the agreement given by the partner in response to the first party's offer. The sale and purchase agreement is considered valid if there is an agreement between the two parties which is carried out with words and gestures. Buying and selling is one of the muamalah activities that many humans do. The Qur'an explains that buying and selling is lawful while Allah forbids usury. Buying and selling is the exchange of property with assets in the form of transfer of property and ownership which focuses on the words \"owned\" and ownership, because there is also an exchange of property with assets that do not have to be owned, such as ijarah or leasing. Ownership is the main condition for a person to use, manage and spend his wealth.ABSTRAKAkad merupakan keterkaitan atau pertemuan ijab dan kabul yang berakibat timbulnya hukum. Ijab adalah penawaran yang diajukan oleh salah satu pihak, dan kabul adalah jawaban dari persetujuan yang diberikan mitra sebagai tanggapan terhadap penawaran pihak yang pertama. Akad Jual beli dianggap sah apabila terjadi kesepakatan diantara dua belah pihak yang dilakukan dengan ucapan dan isyarat. Jual beli merupakan salah satu kegiatan muamalah yang banyak dilakukan manusia Al-Quran menerangkan bahwa jual beli itu dihalalkan sedangkan Allah mengharamkan riba. Jual beli adalah pertukaran harta dengan harta dalam bentuk pemindahan milik dan pemilikan yang menitik beratkan pada kata \"milik\" dan pemilikan, karena ada juga pertukaran harta dengan harta yang sifatnya tidak harus dimiliki seperti ijarah atau sewa menyewa.
