    	abstract = {This study aims to determine the role of work motivation on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City totaling 30 people. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the IBM SPSS 26 statistical application. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it shows the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the general company tirta mangkaluku palopo city, showing that obtained t count (11.377) > t table (1.701) with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the public drinking water company Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. So that the better the implementation of Performance Motivation at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City, the more employee performance will improve.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni regresi linear sederhana menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahan umum tirta mangkaluku kota palopo, menunjukan bahwa diperoleh t hitung (11.377)> t tabel (1,701) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,001 <0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahan umum air minum tirta mangkaluku kota palopo. Sehingga semakin baik penerapan Motivasi Kinerja pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.},
