In this test the creators used the Nitisemito hypothesis which states that the elements of the workplace consist of work climate, interactions with coworkers and accessibility of the work office. According to Mangkunegara, the Worker Execution Hypothesis states that the elements of representative execution include quality, quantity, ideality and obligation. This examination uses an affiliated quantitative exploration strategy using perception and survey methods. Tehe sanple im thiis studyy consisted of 60 respondents. Gelar ini diambil dengan landasan para wakil yang kurang siap menjalankan tanggung jawabnya tepat waktu karena tidak adanya kantor untuk membantu pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari eksplorasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tempat kerja terhadap eksekusi perwakilan di Style Court Asia Wilayah Tasikmalaya. Dalam pengujian ini pencipta menggunakan hipotesis Nitisemito yang menyatakan bahwa unsur-unsur tempat kerja terdiri dari iklim kerja, pergaulan dengan rekan kerja dan aksesibilitas kantor kerja. Menurut Mangkunegara, Hipotesis Eksekusi Pekerja menyatakan bahwa unsur-unsur eksekusi yang representatif meliputi kualitas, kuantitas, idealitas dan kewajiban.
