The object of this research is the UMKM Cahaya Surga fish pond, Jl Bayur Maninjau, Tanjung Raya district, Agam district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical, verification and exploratory approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the business strategy used was to develop appropriate marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and better productivity. Thus, the conclusion of this research is to maintain the continuity of small businesses (MSMEs). For the sustainability of their business, the strategy and creativity that can be applied by the owner of Cahaya Surga Fish Farm is marketing that is carried out optimally so that they can survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi yang di terapkan salah satu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi masa pandemi covid -19. Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM Tambak Ikan Cahaya Surga Jl Bayur Maninjau Kec Tanjung Raya Kab Agam. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis, verifikatif, dan eksploratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapati bahwa strategi bisnis yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mencapai target penjualan maupun produktivitas yang lebih baik Perencanaan dan pengembangan produk usaha dengan harga yang terjangkau harus menarik minat konsumen. Penentuan saluran distribusi produk yang tepat sebagai sarana mengungguli pesaing.
