This is because UMKM are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial enterprises and have the advantage of absorbing more labor and also being able to accelerate the process of equity as part of development. Based on this fact, UMKM should be protected by laws and regulations related to their operational and development activities. In this activity, the group found the problem of how to provide customer satisfaction for the availability of goods needed in daily needs and can survive in the market even though they have many competitors by giving ideas and suggestions to business owners and as a result, owners increasingly understand how important it is to have a good business strategy. must be done in maintaining the business unit in the midst of the current market conditionsABSTRAKUMKM adalah usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro. Seperti diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan No. 20 tahun 2008, sesuai pengertian UMKM tersebut maka kriteria UMKM dibedakan secara masing-masing meliputi usaha mikro, usaha kecil, dan usaha menengah. UMKM di Indonesia telah menjadi bagian penting dari sistem perekonomian di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan UMKM merupakan unit-unit usaha yang lebih banyak jumlahnya dibandingkan usaha industri berskala besar dan memiliki keunggulan dalam menyerap tenaga kerja lebih banyak dan juga mampu mempercepat proses pemerataan sebagai bagian dari pembangunan. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini sudah selayaknya UMKM dilindungi dengan UU dan peraturan yang terkait dalam kegiatan operasional dan pengembangannya. Didalam kegiatan ini kelompok menemukan permasalahan bagaimana memberi kepuasan pelanggan atas ketersediaan barang-barang yang dibutuhkan didalam kebutuhan sehari-hari dan dapat bertahan dipasaran walaupun memiliki banyak pesaing dengan cara memberi ide dan saran kepada pemilik usaha dan hasilnya pemilik semakin paham bagaimana pentingnya memiliki strategi bisnis yang harus dilakukan dalam mempertahankan unit usaha di tengah keadaan pasar saat sekarang. },
